The owners have always had a “slow food” approach – cooking each dish fresh every time. It takes a little longer, but the flavour rewards the wait! They never use artificial colours or flavours – in Kerala, people traditionally eat with thier fingers and natural ingredients never leave tell-tale stains behind. Mint & Mustard always try to source ingredients as locally as possible, and the chefs personally check on the products they buy in to ensure they meet their exacting standards.
